WHAT TO EXPECT at elim kids:

when visiting with your kids for the first time:

First, when you walk into the Atrium through the 2 sets of main entrance doors, head to the left toward our Kids Wing at Entrance C. Once there you’ll find a “New to Elim Kids” check-in desk with one of our amazing leaders who will help lead you in the check-in process.

When checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone).

  • Parent/guardians name(s)

  • Child's name

  • Child's birthdate

  • Phone number

  • Any specific instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

How Check-In Works:

Before the Service:

You can check-in your child at the check-in computers in the Kid’s Wing at Entrance C to the left when you walk into the atrium. After finding your child's name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold onto the matching tag.

Drop Off:

(For 0-4yr olds) Once you have your name tag you can take your child directly to their classroom. All Preschool classes are all located down the hallway toward Entrance D and 0-23 months will be in the nursery room located right off the Entrance C area.

(For K - Gr5 year olds) Once you have a name tag you can take your K-Gr5 child and head to the gymnasium, where you will drop your child off in the big room full of games and activities and our leaders who will lead your child in games and Christ-centred teaching.

After the Service:

(For 0-4yr olds) After the service is complete, you will head to where you dropped your child off and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

(For K - Gr5 year olds) After the service is complete, you will head to the classroom hallways and find the room marked with your child’s grade. Once there, tell the teacher your child’s name and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
