The main focus of a LifeGroup is to do life together.  Building stronger relationships together and with God is the heart of a Life Group. Life Groups are a safe place for everyone, whether following Jesus is what you're about or you're just looking for people to hang with.

Meet Pastor Bailey

Pastor Bailey has been serving at Elim Youth for the past three years as a volunteer and now our Youth Pastor! He has a passion for serving and investing into the Next-Generation so that they would come to find their purpose in God and grow to be more like Jesus. He married his wonderful wife Julie in July 2023 who serves alongside him mentoring and supporting the young girls of Elim Youth. Pastor Bailey enjoys traveling, snowboarding trips to the mountains, and anything to do with aviation…..kinda a geek for planes!
